During your visit

During the initial assessment, I gather information so I may get to know you. This includes dietary habits, current lifestyle, medical history, medicines you are taking, and more.


The Follow up sessions, serve as periodic support as you work towards your nutrition goals.


Together, we will work to create an attainable plan to achieve your goals, while providing you with a balanced nutrition education plan.


Instilling healthy habits takes time, and practice. There are no quick fixes. Science tells us it takes time to master new behaviors. For some, it could take a month; others several months, or even years.


To this day, I still am learning about nutrition and practicing mindful eating since it is a constant progression, one which is not always linear.
